The worst experience that I have ever had for eye exam. If there is "0" grade. First, I made an appointment at 1:30pm today. I arrived at 1:18pm. I didn't see Dr. P. Roth until 2:30pm. I had been told they were running behind the schedule today. However, Dr. P. Roth office starts afternoon shift at 1:00pm, how come 1:30pm appointment needs to wait until 2:30pm? After all, there were 3 people came after me, the reception put them before me. One of the guy said he came earlier than his appointment time, he just wanted to see if he could get in early. So the reception put him before me. I wonder what happened here? Second, I booked the eye exam. Dr. P. Roth only checked my visual and gave me the prescription of glasses and charged me $80. I asked the reception that I booked the eye exam, not only for the prescription of glasses. The receipt is not correct too. The reception told me that is the eye exam description in their system. And Dr. P. Roth gave me the eye exam. Dr. P. Roth office did no test for eye pressure for me, and no check for any my eye health at all. Just verbal asked me, if there is anything wrong with my eyes. I posted the receipt for Dr. P. Roth office and the receipt I got before from Hamilton Costco Optometrist. Dr. P. Roth receipt said Oculo-visual Assessment for $80, and Hamilton Costco Optometrist receipt said Full Comprehensive Eye Exam $80. Highly not recommend Dr. P. Roth, charges more, misdirect client, and
