Had a wonderful experience at Bronte Village Eye Care. Had a thorough checkup with Dr. Karen Smith that was very informative and made me confident with the prescription I received. Abbey, Ella, Athraa and the rest of the staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly and made my first time visiting their office a lovely one! I am already looking forward to returning to pick out some new frames.

My daughter and I are long time patients of Bronte Village Eye Care...as a matter of fact we were both just in recently for our eye exams.I am extremely disappointed in the customer service we received this week, and their apparent lack of concern over some sudden vision loss. My 19 year old daughter suddenly started experiencing a loss of vision in her right eye. We called Bronte Village Eye Care (twice!) to try and get her seen and they told us the soonest they could see her would be 2 weeks! I called myself to explain the issue, and also informed them her summer job is driving so I was concerned with vision loss.....they still did not see fit to squeeze her in and suggested I take her to the hospital if I felt it was urgent. We called Abbey Eye Care, they took her in the next day and diagnosed a swollen eye(nothing was visible from the outside). They gave her eye drops for dryness...a prescription for the inflammation...and a follow-up appt the next day to ensure she was on the mend(even though they were ALSO fully booked!). Needless to say...we have a new eye doctor.

The best in Oakville, and they also have an exceptional selection of frames and sunglasses.
