I went to Clarity needing new glasses and contact lenses. Went in for my eye exam and a week later picked up my new glasses and a pair of contact lens testers. The contact lenses weren't quite right and so after discussing what would better suit me I was told they would order some more suited to my needs, which would take 2-3 business days. Two weeks later after hearing nothing I called to inquire. They hadn't even ordered them yet, and told me I would also need to come back in for a contact lens fitting, for another $90, and they would now order another pair of testers, 2-3 business days. After waiting yet another two weeks and hearing nothing, I simply ate the expense and went to another optometrist. I wont make any angry assumptions as to why this experience was what it was, I'd simply recommend saving yourself the time money and frustration and choose somewhere else.

Dr. Garzon was exceptional. He was very friendly and efficient. Dr. Garzon took his time during my initial eye assessment and he made sure that all of my questions and concerns were answered. The over all customer service was great. I would highly recommend Dr. Garzon.
