Been going here for a couple of years now, the staff are always very friendly. They are fast and efficient and keep on-time almost all the time. It's the way optometry should be. My Optometrist Dr. McAlear is really great to deal with, me and my spouse really appreciate his personable approach. He's never rushed and takes the time to explain everything to you. Really can't say enough good things about this place! Thanks guys.

Dr. De Rubeis and his staff are the best. After spending years from doctor to doctor trying to manage a very complex medical condition, an eye specialist referred me to who he considered to be the best optometrist in the area, and luckily Dr Derubeis agreed to see me. My experience has been amazing, the doctor is incredibly knowledgeable, and more importantly patient and compassionate he takes the time to explain everything in details, to answer my questions and even address any concern I may have, no matter how busy he is i can always find an appointment to see him when needed. The technology and equipment he uses its truly impressing, I feel examinations are detailed and thorough. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Overall, I dont think I'd had a better service experience than with Dr. De Rubeis and his staff.

I've been coming to see Dr De Rubeis for years. He is an amazing eye doctor he's very compassionate who takes his time to explain things no matter how busy he is. The staff he has are amazing people always going out of there way to help with any questions, to giving honest opinions on how glasses look on you! If you are looking for a eye doctor look no further they are the best around!

You can see by the recent reviews how terrible this place has become. After 30+ years, I am finished with their terrible service, repeated appointments to solve problems they create. I have returned to fix the lenses which were falling out over 10 times. Never an apology. Expensive frames- shoddy fragile frames. They imply it's my fault, over and over again. If you want high blood pressure, anxiety inducing stress then this is the place for you. Disrespectful, incompetent staff, uncaring attitude. I am a calm, easy going retired professional, with nothing bad to say about anything- but my experiences here are infuriating. They disrespect seniors, ageism at it's worst. NO CUSTOMER SATISFACTION and attempt to blame the (patient) customer for their mistakes. This is not a one time situation either- this is a consistent, long term, repeated causation of frustration and anger over their lack of concern for patients. It's time I (we) contact our insurance carriers to let them know about operations like this.
