Dr Dhaliwal stays up-to-date with the latest products on the market, informing his patients of what best meets their needs. When he realised my numbers were a bit off, he applied drops to lubricate my eyes and re-conducted all the tests. To me, it is a sign of an optometrist who truly cares about offering his patients the best in service. With his courteous staff, he ensures his patients don't get lost in the fast-paced and impersonal world of today, yet still provides short wait times.

Very friendly experience, I would recommend to anyone looking for a new optometrist this is the place to go.

Wish I could give this place a half a star...First time i came in, opto map retinal imaging machine was not working. Had to reschedule for several days after the holidays. Doctor used his cellphone to make initial diagnosis of my eye....Called in several times asking to get prescription for drops to reduce redness, but was told that there are no drops that will help with that. Internet is filled with available options for this particular situation. First simple Google search yielded Atropine 2 x a day or Cyclopentolate 2-3 x a day to reduce the redness. Doctor is uneducated and is not professional. Would not recommend this place. There is another place right next to them, who will provide much better help to you.

I thought about the stars above and then I thought NO I can not give them any stars, well maybe one for the Office Administrator, she deserves to be recognized for the job she is doing. I've gone to this office in the past and was taken care of I felt rather well. But unfortunately this Dr no longer works there. This new associate I was given dispensed the wrong prescription for my eyes. I was give a +50 in my right eye, I should not have been given this, my current prescription in my right eye is -25. But as a lay person at the time I didn't know this. I do now because I've done my own homework. I went back and had my eyes re-tested. Well to my astonishment, the same Dr. said that the prescription in my right eye was correct, but after further testing I now have an issue with my left, which requires a further look at by another referral Dr. It was suggested to me to keep up with the prescription that was given to me, but use my old glasses when necessary. Can you believe this. I have now taken my eye care into my own hands. I will not be going back to this office. If someone is reading this from the office, please cancel my appointment for May 19/17 at 12 noon. I will not be showing up.
