Incredibly friendly reception! The optometrist is friendly and informative as well. Only downside is there is no parking designated to the unit and the several times I have been there, I had to wait on average 45-60 mins after my scheduled appointment time to get served. The quality of the service makes up for the long wait time but don't expect to make plans after your appointment where you have to be on time!

First appointment today, and found all very friendly and highly professional...answered all my questions and concerns during an extensive eye exam

I bought the most beautiful pairs of glasses here last month. The prices were much better than some in the area and I appreciate the good service I received. I wish it was a bit quicker but that may have just been my prescription.

Very arrogant optometrist. The receptionist was awesome, very friendly. But her 'boss' is very unprofessional. I wound up with a $400 pair of glasses i did not order, and the prescription was incorrect. Was told to 'live with them' for a while, and I would get used to it. I said I drive for a living and need correct prescription, and this was not the correct prescription. I also received tortoise shell frames but I ordered black. I despise tortoise shell, but he insisted that is what I ordered. Terrible experience, never again and I would recommend a cheapie, chain optometrist before I recommended this loser. Trust me, go somewhere else.

Customer service is decent. The people staffing the desk were very nice. The doctor, however, waved away a couple concerns I brought up that ended up continuing to be an issue, so not the best experience there.
