Great customer service! Have been a customer for about 10 years and won't go anywhere else. They still have that old fashion thinking - taking good care of a customer and they won't leave. My parents referred me here and I have since referred some of my friends. My purchases have been for both prescription and sun glasses. Don't go anywhere else!

If i could give this place zero stars I would. Absolutely horrible service. I Saw the sign today for "walk ins welcome".. brought my step daughter in for an eye exam. Only one customer was being helped in the store while other employees were available. I asked politely to a man sitting at a desk if there was anyone that was available to do her eye exam. An older gentleman asked if I just wanted an eye exam or if I would also be purchasing the eye glasses there. I asked for just the eye exam. He then proceeded to say there was no availability for me then. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. These people do not deserve your business.

I've been going here for many years for all my eye glasses and sunglasses. Their customer service is excellent, and what a speedy and professional service! I would never go anywhere else in the area for my optical requirements.
