I had a Wonderful experience. No up selling, no high pressure sales tactic like mall stores, no extras, great prices and friendly staff too! I would recommend this business for any optical needs.

The staff were very helpful, friendly and patient. I had been to a few other stores and couldn't find anything I would actually enjoy wearing every day. They spent nearly an hour helping me try on different frames until I found a pair I loved! Definitely recommend specs appeal (not to mention my glasses were nearly half of what would have paid at the mall). Thanks for all your help!

Very friendly atmosphere I went for my son's eye examination, they were very friendly. I had good variety of options for frames and my son is happy too. I would definitely recommend this to my friends.

My family and I have been going to Specs appeal since 2007. The customer service is extraordinary, and on top of that, you get great deals with branded glasses. As a customer for a long time, I'd say the quality service and the quality of the products are exceptional. Will definitely recommend this shop!
