Dr Pallen is an efficient and effective optometrist who is invested in his patients receiving the best possible eye care. His patients are so happy with the service they receive that they book their appointments months in advance as opposed to travelling to larger and less personal Optometrist offices. I have never had a negative experience and will continue to see dr Pallen as long as I am able.

Dr. Pallen was nice, and had a good sense of humour in telling me that I needed glasses again. They helped me pick out a pair of frames AFTER I had the drops, so hopefully they look as good when I can focus my eyes!
