I am a frequent Customer since the Store opened 4 years ago, thought its time to make a review. I am always really happy with the Customer Service of Mina. Very professional. Back then I Had troubles finding the right Contact Lenses for my Eyes/ Job since I have to wear them the whole Day. She has great knowledge and her consultations are great. After trying a wide range on different Contacts I found the perfect ones Due to her knowledge. Till that Day I only order my Contacts from her. Also always enjoy buying my Glasses there. As a European I like the the brands the Store has + they won’t sell you Glasses which don’t fit you at all. With Honest Feedback you will go out of the Store with a pair of Glasses you feel great with.

Mina is really professional and helpful. I had an amazing experience. I'll definitely be going back in the future and referring more people. Highly recommended.

Unprofessional Customer Service. Walked in and waited almost 40 minutes because she was catering to Clients she already knew. Made it more uncomfortable when they spoke in their language. I guess New customers don't come first. Definitely lost my purchase and wont ever return.

I'm a new google user and I don't write reviews. I made this account simply to reflect on a review I read by Dani Sayyah on Couture Vision and couldn't help find myself agitated. I've been a customer of Mina before she opened her current store. I am a collector of Sunglasses and have purchased many sunglasses from her including when she worked at Eyestar at Vaughn Mills. At the time, I found her to be of the rare Opticians who sell based on true opinion rather than commission. When she opened her store in Downtown Toronto, I was working/living in Collingwood, yet I made a few drives a year to her store to grab the frames and lenses that I had spoken to her about. For someone who is familiar with design sunglasses, I have found that she often carries new lines of designer glasses before the Holts, Nordstrom, and the chains such as Sunglass Hut and etc bring them in. Aside from her collection, based on requests on different occasions she has ordered the frames that she did not carry such as yesterday when I got the Tom Ford 144 James Bond Aviator ordered. I've been able to get better prices from her than other stores at times when she has sales, and during other times I have paid full price on new lines and Glasses that I cannot find many other places. Price is usually not an issue for me, but if Dani finds that himself upset that he is not getting top of the line Designer Glasses with Lifetime warranty for 200$, perhaps he is in the wrong store. Mina is a great human being aside from being a great Optician and I tend to greet her with a bottle of wine when I visit her store and have some good chats. I think her store is one of a kind and I personally recommend her over any other Boutique I've visited in Toronto based on a 6+ year experience.
