Came into see DR.Gavin a few weeks ago, helped me to choose a pair of sunglasses that was perfect fit for my head shape and that were easy on my eyes while driving. The expertise and knowledge he showcased was excellent and he had me feeling comfortable through the entire process while being patient with me while I tried several pairs on and deciding through them. The glasses came in fairly quickly and I went back in and he helped me make sure the pairs all fit exactly how I wanted it to. Excellent service and great customer interaction. Can’t wait to bring my family into get other pairs

I went to Metro Eye Care to get a yearly eye exam as I've noticed a little blurriness in one of my eyes. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. They attended to my needs very quickly and made sure I was comfortable. I met with one of the doctors there where she diagnosed me with a cataract in one of my eyes. Not knowing the cause made me feel a little uneasy but, she made me feel calm and made sure I had as much information I needed to book my surgery. Thanks a lot Metro Eye Care!

My first visit with Dr. Bastiampillai. Very detailed and caring doctor. I am glad I found a great doctor whom I can trust and will provide me with everything I need to know with no worries. The staff are great and very kind. Will definitely recommend for others to come visit Metro Eye Care, you'll have a great experience as you will be taken care of.

Patient and caring staff! I appreciated that Dr Gavin provided a lot of detail regarding my contact lens prescription and that he provided samples to wear and try out before purchasing. I highly recommend to those in the downtown core.

Claire and Gavin were very friendly and helpful. They were very accommodating about my needs and requests (e.g. I'm traveling for awhile so they extended my time to get my glasses refitted if needed). I didn't feel like they were pushy when they recommended certain products and they were candid about their recommendations.
