I've just ordered my first pair of glasses from Clearly and I was impressed with how quick the process was! In less than 10 minutes, I was given a quote and i had placed my order. I'm very happy with the frames I chose, and the price was phenomenal! I don't think the price can be beat by any other optical store in Toronto. They currently have several promotions on, like 20% off frames or lenses, so definitely take advantage of them! 9/10 rating.

I received my first eye glass prescription and I was shopping around for a retail location to frequent for my eye wear for the next 20+ years. I was informed that Clearly doesn't take disability clients..Really? I was a little stunned, everywhere else I called it wasn't an issue. I'd list the names but why bother. CLEARLY this is classism

Affordable eyewear poor customer service. I was able to get a pair of prescription glasses and prescription sunglasses for $230.00. Inconvenience having to go to the store to pick them up. Reason for this they say is for them to do fitting. I work long hours took me weeks to get a chance to pick them up and when I did the gentlemen that was doing the fitting took a whole minute max and walked away. Leaving me still with my glasses on and talking to myself. All in all I say affordable but bad customer service. Also they don’t accept insurance and you need to pay and order online via stores and it takes a couple weeks for order.

I had the best experience with Courtney (Court) at the Queen St store - I ended up coming in two days in a row with two different issues, and Courtney was friendly, helpful, and super accommodating both times. She obviously really cared about making sure I walked out happy and well-cared for. Both times, she went that extra mile for me. Courtney is truly an exceptional employee - Clearly is luck to have her !

Had a really pleasant experience getting contacts. I’ve had contacts before, and I just needed a pair same day. These guys work with volume, so they were able to accommodate me with some trial pairs in within an minutes. It is very busy, but the service is exceptional. From the initial greeting, to the optician, to the checkout staff, they were all very efficient, knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful people. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who has corrective vision needs.
