Had no problems at all setting up an appointment, the doctor saw me on time the day of, and explained my results very concisely, answering my questions in layman's terms. I wasn't pressured into doing any other treatments or into buying anything else either. Great experience

Saw Dr. Chung today at the Broadview location for what was my first eye exam in many decades. Was really pleased with the outstanding service and care I received from both him and his colleagues. The environment was clean, organized and welcoming. Dr. Chung answered all my questions thoroughly and was very informative. His staff were kind and friendly and eager to help me through the process of having my eyes tested, telling me about my prescription and helping me choose a nice pair of frames. Overall, an excellent 5-star experience!

Every time I have been to the clinic, things have been perfect. The staff is fast in booking appointments, email reminders are sent, and, upon arrival, everything runs on time. I also want to commend Dr. Kelly Lee, who is great at her job. She really takes the time to go through all the tests, and then explains the results clearly and in great depth. She's been amazing at explaining my (very small) issues, as well as identifying potential future areas of concern, without ever sounding alarmist. I can't recommend the clinic or Dr. Lee more. I actually look forward to eye exams now!

I had a wonderful experience during my visit. Both the staff and the doctor were super friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely go back and would recommend the place to my friends without any hesitation! Thank you!

Met with Dr. Mishra, she is a very nice and informative optometrist. Took the time to answer many of my questions and described what testing she was doing throughout the visit. I highly recommend her for people looking for a new optometrist.
