I visit their location on Bloor (near Avenue Road) and my eye doctor is Christine Mak. She's amazing. Super friendly and very thorough. The office staff is also terrific!!! A+++++

Bad service! Bad customer service! They should learn more customer service. If a client is upset with the bad customer service and express it, it is better to make the customer service happy by apology and some rewards. They gave wrong trial contact lenses! despite being bifocal, I cannot read any text in those bifocal contact lenses! I had no option as to file my first public complaint against an optometrist in my life with the Ontario College of Optometrists. I decided to waste my time in filing this complaint because the rude response on my unsatisfactory expression of bad customer service, especially when I paid and willing to pay for the most expensive contact lenses! Bad service! My money has price: the satisfactory customer service more than 100%.

Dr Rawana is going to be taking care of my eyes from here on. Excellent manor, really takes the time to examine your eyes and explain the intricacies of this unbelievable part of our bodies. I am especially interested in his knowledge of how an eye exam is a snapshot of many other issues in our bodies. 5 stars for him!!

Dr .Rawana is a first rate professional, kind, compassionate, and ready to take as much time as needed for the patient to feel calm and cared for. He explains what each part of the examination is for. The follow-up is excellent. Dr. Rawana is the best optometrist I have had, in four provinces and two overseas countries. Well done.

I had a routine eye check-up and contact lens fitting with Dr Maggie Lee .. She was very friendly and professional. She never hesitated to mention potential costs or most cost effective methods for prescriptions or tests. She always took the time to ask me if I needed clarifications or more information. I ended up ordering contacts from them after a very long history with another optometrist. I highly recommend Dr. Lee!
