Amazing experience! They really do care about your vision. Dr. Chung asked me multiple questions to assess my eye health. He also provided me with the information I needed to maintain healthy eyes. His team was a great help in finding me a pair of new glasses that fit perfectly as well.

I have been a patient of Dr. Archie Chung for many years. His expertise is amazing. He has ensured my contact lenses and glasses are the correct type for my needs and I have always been extremely pleased. He takes the time to listen and understand your needs and provides you with what will ensure your vision is enhanced. I would recommend him and Kodak Lens Broadview Eyecare to everyone.

Both Dr Chung and Dr Tse have overseen my entire family's eye care for over 20 years. The office is much more than a doctor's office or a dispensary. It is a busy, professional, family business where you instantly feel comfortable and confident that you will be getting the highest quality eye care. Exams are detailed and thorough and if any issues or concerns are found, they will quickly refer you to the proper specialist. Contact lens fittings and selection were what brought me in over 20 years ago and the service and selection has always been current and leading edge. If you prefer traditional glasses, the dispensary staff feel like an extension of the family and are all top notch. Many of the staff have been there as long as I have been going. They take time to get to know you which helps them recommend the best frames and lenses to match your lifestyle. It is quite refreshing going into an office where all the staff are happy to be there and are happy that you are there too.

This is a company of several optometrists. I have been seen by two, and they are exceedingly professional and polite. The office has all the latest equipment, and they use technology wisely. For example, they communicate with patients by email which many doctors still refuse to do. On my last visit, the optometrist explained to me at every step what she was doing, which is conduct that I really appreciated. Best of all, they see you on time. I have never waited more than ten minutes. which is not what I can say for the medical doctors I have seen.

I have been going to Dr. Chung and Dr. Tse for over 30 years. They always communicate so well and do such a thorough job both in assessing my eyes and explaining how to keep my eyes in good shape. They always welcome me as if I am a friend
