What a positive experience...friendly staff and a great selection of glasses. Dr. Joelle was excellent.

Imperial helped me out of a huge jam. My dog chewed up my glasses and I'm so near sighted that, without my glasses, I can do nothing. They got a new pair of glasses for me within days. They rushed it and even with the rush, the service was wonderful. You can tell when a local business cares about you and when they don't. Derek, Brittany and the staff really care.

Service was excellent. They didn't hesitate to go above the normal service standards and made the whole process feel like they were there for ME. Thanks so much!
