I found the staff here pleasant and easy to get along with. Glasses were ready in a timely manner. I have twisted and damaged the glasses twice and they were fixed for free. Based on my experience thus far I would certainly recommend giving this place a try 👍🏼

This place attracts psycho customers. Also, the optician was so difficult to understand, requiring me to repeat myself umpteen times. They overbook appointments and seemed disorganized, if not a little overwhelmed. One woman staring and glaring at every person in the store as if we were invading her personal space or something. I visited in January and had an all around lousy experience. Very bizarre vibe to this place. Ultimately got my glasses elsewhere.

These people are fabulous and go beyond excellent customer service. Don't listen to the idiots who post 1 star with no explanations. They were busy and yet 2 employees spent over 30 minutes and helped me choose a pair of glasses that would look good on me. They are straight shooters and don't BS you. The eye doctor is also fabulous and likes to laugh, which is a change from the mean old hag I experienced from the Superstore (who by the way doesn't have an eye doctor any longer as they fired the old hag). I'm going to buy my glasses here from now on. I would give them more stars but 5 is all I'm allowed.

Honestly, the worst service. The guy who booked my appointment got to follow me through all aspects of my service here. He was rude for starters but completely unprofessional from start to finish. I'm still waiting on my contact lenses that he said should be in before my frames, but no one called and I had to call them and ask if they were in yet. Yes they'd be in for several days with no call. Then I went in to pick up my frames (still no contacts) and the guy gave me the glasses, didn't fit them to my face or anything. I don't have any extras added to my lenses as he never asked. My last pair (bought at Superstore) he could see had the transitions, blue light, glare resistance etc and he didn't even ask me if I wanted any of that stuff on this pair. So now I'm going to go buy another pair elsewhere with all the extras I wanted in the first place. Then while I was shopping in Walmart he tracked me down through the aisles to ask me my husband's name and birthdate for the coverage on the glasses, which he already asked me for the last two times I was in. It was in my file on the computer. The right side of my glasses are already loose and I've been wearing them for two hours. 0 for service 0 for sales 0 for the quality of my glasses.

I want ten stars but they only have 5. I went to Walmart Vision Centre in Chatham with my daughter to have her glasses fixed. I had a pair where the arms were bent, so I asked a lady there if she could fix them, even tho I didn't purchase them there. She looked and said that she could try but might break them, well they were no good to me the way they were so I asked her to try & that I would be happy to pay. She (Erin) came back after a few minutes and they were fixed! I am so happy. When I asked how much I owed she said 'no charge!' Now that is customer service to nth degree! Thank you Erin! I will certainly go to Walmart Vision Centre for my next eye exam and glasses. My daughter's glasses were under warranty and she had her's back within minutes as well. They know what they are doing there and have fast, courteous service. TEN stars & I HIGHLY recommend Walmart Vision Centre in Chatham, Ontario
