Staff was friendly. I did not buy anything but they took their time with me in finding me something that suit me. They were not just trying to sell me anything and were very honest in the opinions they provided. Florida was very nice and she helped me find what fits me best. Will come back in a while for sure! Absolutely deserved 5 star for the staff and cleanliness.

Came in here a few times, before purchasing anything because I wanted to check around. My eye exam was free and staff were very helpful in helping me choose my first pair of glasses. They even billed my parents insurance as well so I didn't have to pay anything for my glasses. There was a bit of a delay but they called and told me about it, so I was happy they followed up with me.

I have been buying my glasses for years from this store. The staff is very friendly and warm. They don’t just sell you anything but cater to your needs and what suits you best. Joanne and Fjuri have been extremely nice, knowledgeable, and quick in providing me with the different services. They also went out of the way, without me asking them to, to fill out a rebate form for contact lenses I have purchased as well as help me fill out my insurance claim form. This place deserves all the good reviews out this and I highly recommend it.

I buy a pair of glasses from A&F every year and they never fail to impress, they always offer me the best and newest products at unbelievable prices. The staff are always welcoming and take care of my vision needs. Nasser has helped me for the past 6 yrs to find the most suitable options and goes out of his way to special order options they may not carry in store.

Don't bother going here. I went because I had eye floaters. The optician did not explain anything to me, gave me an appointment 2 months down the line with an eye specialist, and told me there might be a risk of glaucoma because it runs in my family. He did not care to tell me that glaucoma and eye floaters are completely unrelated, and did nothing to reassure me or even explain in depth what eye floaters are. I went to a better opticians downtown, only paid 30 bucks more, they were helpful nice and explained everything i needed to know. Turns out my eyes were fine, and the stress and concern caused by the opticians at A and F was unwarranted. NOT WORTH IT AT ALL!
