Came in today to get my glasses adjusted (nose piece and ear parts) because my glasses were loose. My glasses are not from the store, but they were super friendly with me and very accommodating. The manager (I believe) is very professional and has a good sense of humor :) would definitely recommend, especially as a student. Service was free, unlike some other places that require a "tip".

Had a really good experience here. I had forgotten my prescription receipt at home and staff went out of their way to accommodate. Had my new glasses back in just under a week. Would go back for sure.

The lady that helped me was very nice and very helpful. I had been to a different location earlier in the day and found the atmosphere much friendlier here. My prescription was not very difficult so they were ready in 45 minutes, which was a nice surprise. Thank you for your help

This is a nice store and very friendly staff. I met Dr. Ali which was very professional. Also, Amin helped me with the whole purchasing process and he was very professional and helpful. Totally recommend it.

Customer service, education, and client involvement was top notch. I travelled over 2 hours and they made every accommodation possible to ensure they had everything in place for when I arrived. I had tried previous bifocals and it was impossible to adjust. I've worn my new AVP progressive lenses for 2 days and no problem. Thanks so much to a wonderful team!!
