I couldn’t believe the wide variety of frame selection they have. The professional service and staff really impressed me. They have all the latest modern equipment to test your eyes amd provide you with a complete and comprehensive eye exam. I would highly recommend.

Great staff, very professional! Melanie helped me look through options and sold me a great pair of glasses!

Wide selection of frames always helps me find the right style for my taste. The quality of their lenses are very good, durable and high in quality. The staff is down to earth, very helpful and focused on ensuring the glasses are adjusted properly for me. Their prices are fair given the high level of service provided. The atmosphere is calm and the store layout is modern and great to be in. They also have a great selection of sunglasses for all seasons. I have been with them since they opened and I will always go back.

We all need to purchase glasses for various reasons. Mine was out of necessity due to a medical condition that has caused my face to expand, my regular glasses no longer fit the width of my face. Having purchased my "regular" glasses from Laurier on Innes a year prior, I returned to the same place. I don't go out of my home often due to the embarrassment of how I look. I felt the need to impress upon how my experience was last week when I bought my new glasses. I was greeted when I entered the store. There were 2 other customers besides me. I was teary eyed and explained my situation. I was treated with such caring. I was reassured that the perfect pair of glasses would be found for me. We spent about 45 min together and she was right the perfect frame was found for me. I felt pretty again, to me that means a lot. At the end of my visit I wanted to commend this employee and asked to speak with the manager. The sales person who assisted me was the manager. I told her how I felt, that she had gone above and beyond what I had expected. I would definitely recommend Laurier Optical on Innes Road.

Unfortunately the worst experience picking up newly ordered glasses in over 20 years. Their current store manager "Sara" (refused to provide her last name) exhibited extremely poor customer service and could not properly adjust the new glasses. She sarcastically said the only way she could could improve the nose piece fitting was with glue...I was very happy to take my business to New Look where the kind and professional service exceeded my expectations. I would like to say however, that the former store manager Nicolas Lescalier, who sold me the glasses, provided excellent customer care, was extremely polite and had the best interests of the customer in mind. I wish him all the best with his new employer.
