The office staff and doctor are both great! The office staff is so incredibly kind and helpful! I ran out of contacts prior to a a family vacation that involved lots of swimming. Bob provided me a a trial pair to take with me, as I couldn’t get in for an appointment until I returned home. The doctor is great, he provides you with as many trials as needed, until you find your fit.

Bad service, over priced, it's been 3 weeks now and still no glasses!

Horrible customer service. Bob the "office manager" is a joke! He stated to my insurance company that he was sick of talking and arguing with me over a claim. Well I never spoke to him, I spoke to his co workers regarding the claim. Returned 3 times due to my contacts and glasses not being the correct prescription. Myself or no one in my family will return! Also they take every Wednesday off, and it's not in their hours. Also the doctor is not there on Thursdays.

I recently had an eye exam with Total Vision and got my first contact lenses through them. They were very patient and gracious to me even though my appointment was late in the day and learning to put contacts in and take them out was difficult and I ended up causing the staff to stay until well after their closing time. When one of my trial contact lenses tore a couple days later they gladly replaced it for me the same day without any hassle so that I could continue the trial. I was very satisfied with the service and would recommend them to anyone!
