Had a really great experience, store manager and dietitian were both very polite and efficient at helping me pick out my frames. Will definitely be back!

I wish I could give a 0 to them. Horrible customer service. The store manager's attitude was like he is the MASTER of us. None of the employees will give you a friendly smile. Will never go back to this place.

I had to seek the assistance of the employee; almost began to feel like I was intruding.

Worst experience ever. Employee Paul was more than ignorant. He had a serious attitude problem and when I asked him if there was a reason he was being so unprofessional he tossed my insurance card at me and told me to go somewhere else if I had a problem and then walked away. I was in the store with my 12 year old daughter getting her new glasdes and was completely shocked at how he treated us. Definitely making a formal complaints about this employee.
