The Optometrist was amazing. Although the staff was not really able to manage the proper control of people in the store. People without masks ,other patients sneezing and removing their face shields to do so. That patient didnt clean his hands afterwards . So use the store just be very careful of tour own health.

Horrible customer service!!! Will never be going here again. Did not even greet me or say hello. Going to different vision center. You lost my business. So disgustingly rude. Have some manner.

I love how you get 2 pairs of glasses for an affordable price. That said, one pair had the wrong script in them - it happens everywhere, no big deal. I returned them to the store and the woman was so rude to me. Once the lenses reached the lab and it was verified that there was a problem with the glasses, and not just me being "difficult", she was nicer. Basically - its an affordable option but if there is a problem with your order, stand your ground because you will get attitude about it.

Chris is always extremely helpful professional and a pleasant person to deal with.

Doctor Christiana ojiako was the best optometrist I've been to. She actually listened to me when I told we my family history with eye issues and my own personal medical history and used it. She found out things about my eyes that my old doctor would never have even looked at, despite asking him to. Can't wait to use my glasses with the proper script in them, thank you for you expertise and advice!
