We went to find new glasses as mine were severely scratched and had seen their sign previously. Chelsea was amazing, patient, and understanding to what I was looking for. She did not try to seek on the most expensive frames but showed options based on our budget. We returned a couple days later to order a pair for my wife and although different staff, the same awesome service. Both our glasses came in earlier than we expected. Great All Around

Einstein’s has the best customer service and their selection is broad. On top of that their prices for comparable lenses/frames cannot be beaten. I told Tariq what I was looking for and he narrowed my search to a few good options so that I was able to make a quick decision. He took his time and I felt like he really was vested in my purchase - even offering to bring in frames that he didn’t have if I wanted to look at them. I have never had better customer service anywhere.

Always amazing customer service provided by Tariq. He will go above and beyond to find the perfect glasses for you. If you are looking for specific frames that aren't carried in store, he is able to order them in for you. Prices and promotions are very fair. Direct billing available to many insurance companies.

I had a lens pop out of a pair of glasses and I could not go to work without them. I stopped in to Einstein's with another old pair of frames and Tareq was kind enough to put my old lenses into my current frames and he wouldn't take a cent for doing it! I told him that when I needed a new prescription in the future I would most certainly come back to him for his kindness and generosity. I did just that and the service was exceptional. I highly recommend this business to anyone who is looking for good old fashioned excellent customer service. They really really care about their customers satisfaction and it is a refreshing change from dealing with the big box stores. Thank you for being so utterly awesome, I appreciate you and your service very much.

Einsteins optical is one and only the best optical, I ever experienced in London ontario. My experience is really good in terms of money, value of your money with Eyewear provided and customer service experience was way beyond expectations. Really love it and encourage everyone to visit this Einsteins optical, even though you don't have coverage. (They charge me really reasonable price when I don't have coverage) This is the one optical who love to give you service despite of insurance coverage or not. They really amazing and satisfaction guaranteed in work with or without insurance coverage. I really wish and encourage them too open more Optical services across Ontario.
