5 star service! I have been a patient for over 5 years and I come at least once a year for an eye exam and to order my contact lenses or to check out their wide selection of frames and sunglasses. I love that I can get all that I need done in one visit with ZERO hassles. The staff and doctors are extremely professional and friendly and they give you honest advice when selecting a frame (which by the way, comes in a selection of styles and colours with price ranges to accommodate everybody)! They take care of all the paperwork for me too. I leave after every appointment feeling satisfied with the service! This office gets an A+ from me!

I want to be very clear in this review! Dr Chan is ultimate professional and very focused on caring for customers and their respective families! Yesterday I requested a last minute appointment for my daughter and she squeezed her in and did a thorough exam.

Dr. Chan was fantastic. The entire staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They processed my benefits claim before my appointment was even over. Highly recommended!

I had an amazing experience dealing with the pleasant staff at Upper Richmond Optometry, especially Lydia. They were very helpful getting me set up with my first pair of glasses and picking the frames. Thank you for making the whole experience so awesome!
