I am a frequent customer of this branch and have received excellent service in the past. My last visit though was terrible.The receptionist was kind to me but the optometrist was very rude, when we attempted to ask her questions she ignored us and would only answer after we asked our question several times.

Nin is a pleasure to be around and always makes for a great appointment, and is someone I always look forward to seeing at my annual check up. Once after forgetting my wallet the staff allowed me to return later in the day (when they were fully booked) to complete my appointment. I believe they worked through their lunch break to accommodate my forgetfulness! Thank you Bayshore Optometric Clinic for your continued and kind service.

the receptionist was amazing handling a confused client gracefully on the phone. What was remarkable for me was the staff who helped me on Sunday. They were patient, kind, caring, helpful and thorough. Very professional. Im grateful!. ST

Today had one of the worst customer (yes, I am a repeat client) experiences I have ever had. Will never darken the doorstep of the Bayshore Optometric Clinic again. To "TheTeam" at Bayshore Optometric Clinic, There was no effort or discussion, but a curt "I do not think so!" when I suggested I would come back the next day to pay. I am not a first time customer (patient) and I guess loyalty would have come into play, obviously not, if you have difficulty trusting me, i in return have difficulty in trusting you with my medical care. You find that we are close enough to address me by my first name, but not extend any trust, so we will leave it at that and as mentioned i will not bother you again by darkening your doorstep. Now I see that you are addressing me as Mr. Bowie, guess you can edit and manipulate your response at will! Does not look good on your firm.
