I have been going to Optical thirty 8 with my family since the only had the one shop in downtown Toronto to get glasses from them. My family entire family get glasses from them each time. I got a pair in early this year. However, the way that my family was treated today was unacceptable in the standards of customer service anywhere. My parents and grandma went to get glasses for my grandma at this location and received terrible service. There was this lady she seem like she just started at the place since we have never seen her before. She was unconfident about her skill which was evident by her behaviour. This was starting to frustrate my dad so he asked the other employee to take measurement since we knew her. Anyways the order eventually got place and few moments later the lady came back to them and acted offend and claimed that my father was yelling at her which is not true. So she decided that she was just going to cancel the order after everything had been completed and refuse to let us buy anything. This is by far the worst way to treat a customer. I think the lady was south Asian so if you go to this location avoid get that ladyâ€™s help. I donâ€™t think we will be going back to this location ever.

Been a loyal customer of Optical Thirty 8 for the past 6 years and I have to admit that every time they went above and beyond to meet or exceed my expectations. Visited the Vaughan location for the first time, great experience from the initial purchase to two weeks later picking up my new glasses! All staff I spoke with were so nice, they really treated you like family, make you feel welcomed and valued. They never made me feel pressured and always offered their honest opinion and suggestions. I must say that optical thirty 8 set the bar really really high for other competitors and for sure I will be a loyal customer for years to come!

Hello, I don't ever do reviews, but I just like to say that my experience at this store was amazing. My family and I were treated very well. I can't remember on top of my head the young lady's name that was helping us but I beleive she was south asian. She made all of us feel so welcomed. There was no pressure sales, strong willingness to help. I felt like she offered her honesty opinions and suggestions that I really valued and liked. She even insisted to clean our glasses and do adjustments on them for us out of her way. Hands down the best eyewear glass store I have been to so far, as well as the best customer service experince I had. Me and my family will be coming back 100%. Thank you!

Have had bad experiences with this location! Every time I come around, thereâ€™s no optometrist. The store closes at 8:30 but the optometrist leaves at 4:30!! Shouldnâ€™t that somewhat be stated in your store hours?! I had to go out of my way and pay fares to get here. Iâ€™m not coming back!
