I received incredible service from Gloucester Family Optometrists. The excellence started with Office Manager Ann and continued with Dr. Brad Perras who was very thorough in diagnosing what turned out to be minor condition. Although glasses were recommended, what I really appreciated was that there was no pressure to purchase them right away. When the time is right I will return and take full advantage of Ann's expertise in making the right selection. I strongly recommend Gloucester Family Optometrists.

I booked an Appointment with Gloucester Family Optometrists upon the recommendation of my son. I was warmly greeted by Ann who is the Office Manager and was run through a battery of tests by Dr. Brad Perras who recommended that I see an ophthalmologist. Ann scheduled me to see one of the top ophthalmologists in the city and before long was I contacted with an appointment date that was much earlier than anticipated. I greatly appreciated Dr. Perras's thoroughness and his recommendation that I wait until seeing the ophthalmologist before considering the acquisition of glasses. I had a very pleasant experience courtesy of both Office Manager Ann and Dr. Perras. I would therefore strongly recommend Gloucester Family Optometrists to anyone who is concerned about their vision.
