Absolutely excellent service. I've had a few pairs from them and my last one had shipped to me in another country because I wanted the same frame and the quality of lenses and cutting. Dr. Groodwin is great too. Old, but still sharp and accurate, with all the best equipment.

I have been going here for more than 25 years. Great people and excellent service. They always provide the best quality progressive lenses -- and that is important when you wear them all day every day.

Dr Goodwin should retire. He is 93 years old is not in his prime, he talked & talked so much, mostly about himself & his famous family. He was pushing my 97 year old mother on a chair with wheels & not being careful her feet did not reach the ground and he also pushed her upper body towards the machine roughly. The worst is Dr. Goodwin dated the optometry report / prescription with the wrong date of Sept of the wrong year NOT CURRENT year, many years in the past I think it was 2006....My mother threw out paperwork & it is too much trouble to report him to the college of optometry I don't have the time. My mother who has worn glasses for many years did not trust his exam was correct so we got another exam done. Just want to pass info to those who are interested.

Went in to see if they can fix a pair of glasses I bought elsewhere. From the moment I explained I needed an adjustment, the client service guy was rude, snarky, and tried to make me feel dumb. Didn't want to fix my glasses because they were bought elsewhere, which is fine. The 'higher than thou' attitude was unnecessary and unwarranted. Will NOT be recommending this place to anyone. The below reply is consistent with how I was treated when walking into the store. Instead of being nice and informative (because I didn't know it was illegal to buy glasses online--which I'm sure is the norm with consumers), he had a 'shame-on-you' attitude.

Dr. Goodwin is an excellent optometrist, far and away the best I've encountered. As a bonus, his dispensing service is also very good and the cheapest in town. Highly recommended.
