Selection of frames is huge and staff very helpful in choosing the appropriate pair. I had my new pair of glasses here. Maninder really wants you to have the best experience with new glasses and she succeeded. Highly recommend.

I was in this store last week to buy glasses. An old lady with glasses wearing flip flops which is very cheap looking to wear, asked if she can help me. I explained that I was just browsing the frame selection. She kept pushing for myself to give her my prescription which was very rude and made me very uncomfortable . I left and went elsewhere to shop. This woman is very rude and unprofessional. I would not buy from her or recommend her to my family or friends because of her being rude and unprofessional. I would not even give her 1 star!

Hakim Optical, Weber St North, Waterloo. This is the ultimate best place to obtain glasses in the K W area!!!. The staff are so kind and helpful to me for years. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Extensive selection of glasses. Maninder and Ali will kindly help with any adjustment. I highly recommend this place. Thanks for all your help over the years.

Not Ever again. This place is all about fleecing the money out you. They had the gall to charge Me for their product monogram on my work glasses. And when I brought those same glasses in for what I had hoped would be a simple part replacement. The guy wanted to sell me a whole new set of frames. So I say THANK YOU HomeDepot. You provided me HomeDepot the part to fix the frames for 14$ no less. So I say go somewhere else you'll absolutely get better care anywhere even at homedepot
