5 stars for Dr Nicholas and the technologist that did my exam, but 1 for the sales staff that deals with glasses. I had my first ever exam here and I knew going in I would need glasses. I was told a certain deal and I came back to get glasses but when I came back the answers about prices and deals were different based on the sales person I talked to. Everyone gave me different prices and promotions for the same products there which was very weird and strange. I almost felt like they were cheating me to charge more money. Salesperson one said a deal (May 16) that didn't match what salesperson two ( 2 days later on May 18) and salesperson two said and even told me why salesperson one would give you that promotion. I decided to go to a different salesperson (May 18) and she gave me the same exact deal as salesperson one (May 16). In addition salesperson one and Dr Nicholas had told me on May 16 that they have a 90day exchange policy, but salesperson three (May 18) only gave it to me for 30days and they didn't have anything written regarding this policy. Therefore, I had her write 30day exchange and 90day warranty on the receipt so I can have something in writing from them. If I didn't need glasses urgently I would have gone elsewhere to explore my options so going forward I will not buy glasses here. Will definitely go to Dr Nicholas for my eye exam but never for any glasses. for now I wait for my glasses/lens to be made and hopefully they'll be of good quality.
Update: 06/01: 2 weeks period they tell us has passed and glasses are still not ready with no additional updates for new ETA. Very disappointed.
