Dr Nanini, Dr Pelletier and their team are all very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Every time my children and I have come to the clinic, we have received punctual service. The ladies at the front desk are excellent. I appreciate the depth of explanation that I receive about our exams. I love how the doctors are bilingual. My children feel so comfortable talking to the doctor’s in French and then the doctor’s can explain the results with me in English. You never feel rushed through an exam. When you leave the appointment, you feel that you received the best possible care and you have a thorough understanding about the condition of your eyes.

The Iris office in Welland has state of the art equipment, friendly knowledgeable staff and a optometrist that takes his time to explain the procedures performed. Being a diabetic this lets me know that I am in very good hands. Niagara south residents are extremely fortunate to have a "Top Gun" optometrist in our area.
