Most people might have a good experience here; my first visit was fine and I had no problems. I had to go back for a contact fitting, which I was told would take 30 minutes. I arrived a few minutes early & was taken in for the pre-doctor items. When the asst was done she told me the Dr would be with me in a few minutes - fast forward 25 minutes, I was still waiting for the Dr and no one came to tell me he was late or check on me. So 30 minutes after my appt time I went to the front desk to let them know I had been waiting about 25 minutes and needed to leave. The gentleman at the front desk was very polite, but the manager he got just said, well the Dr is just finishing up with the last patient and your appt takes 30-45 minutes, he just needs 10 minutes with you. There was no acknowledgement of my waiting for 25 minutes, no apology. They asked when I wanted to reschedule and I told them I had to think about whether or not I wanted to return. After a customer had an experience like that, I would think that they might do a follow up call or email. I would consider returning if they had; but I never heard from them and I certainly won't go back now.

Worst experiences at an eye doctor. Everytime I go I have to call my own insurance company cause they don't believe I have coverage. Happened 3 times.

As someone with a rare eye "condition," I have seen a lot of optometrists in my life. When I started wearing glasses I recall getting many incorrect and inconsistent prescriptions. The docs and Eyes on Rosemont have the state of the art technology for assuring they are as accurate as possible. The staff is wonderful and the selection of glasses is far superior to any other in New England.
