We had a great experience at Ross! Staff was great, helpful during our daughter’s first visit, and Dr. Reynolds was excellent. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back!

Spent 7 hours at this place to get a simple procedure done. The staff made the scheduling mistake I paid the price with another elderly family member who was my ride after the procedure. Very frustrated and annoyed this is absurd. I will find a different place to go to for sure.

Great and super professional experience here today. We saw the pediatric doctors. We arrived about 30 minutes early to fill out paperwork. We were called in to see the doctor before our appointment time and were out within 30 minutes. The doctor explained everything to us and was very patient.

Wow! I should have read the reviews before they even touched my daughter. I took my daughter here to check and see if anything was wrong with her right eye. He looked at my daughter eyes and stated that there was nothing wrong with her eyes but he wanted to dilate her eyes to see if there was anything deeper wrong and to see if she needed glasses because "sometimes kids her age may need them" (I now see he was only doing that to get more money, if he stated there was nothing wrong with her eyes then he should have left it alone). I was against him dilating her eyes but he convinced me that it was totally safe. There were two students in the office one of them tried to dilate my Daughter's eyes literally trying to pry them open, I had to kindly push her away and let her know that I would do it. They put the drops in her eyes, when it was time for me to leave she informed me that she WOULD CALL ME. I don't know how this goes, I haven't been to the eye doctor since I was young so I don't know what the procedure is; Anyway, I called them back at 2:30, the receptionist answered I informed her that I never received the call back for my daughter, she said "oh I think we told you to come back" (if this is what you "thought" why didn't I receive a call as a reminder) I said no they told me that they would call me. She put me on hold, comes back to the phone and says "you could come now if you like"....... If I like? Are you nuts! I would not refer this office to anyone, the other receptionist was talking about a patient right in from of me who was trying to get an appointment, they are very unprofessional. Horrible experience. They need to train who they hire.
