After reading the reviews here I was concerned, after going I was really concerned. Great optician but, when I picked out the frames I wanted, they said my insurance wouldn't cover them and wouldn't let me pay the difference. (junk frames) The only up-grade I could get was tint on the lens for $20, I agreed to. I knew they would screw it up. No receipt or work order. When I went to pick up my new glasses they said I would have to wait an hour to get them tinted, I've already waited 3 weeks. Where does the confusion come from? One star? I left with no tint on cheap glasses. A lot of 1 star ratings.

From start to finish it was a terrible experience. After a month of headache inducing phone calls and visits I walked away with only half of what I needed.

Terrible customer service... Very unhelpful this is just a one time place for me never again!

They always mess up my prescription for my contacts and thank god I checked them before my job interview because I would have sent in with way too strong of contact lenses and that would have been a disaster. Don't know how you mess that up consistently all you have to do is look up my info and send in an order.

I had an appointment at 1045am and did not get seen until 1145am, I was tested and the Doctor was great and very polite. Choosing the glasses is what made this experience poor, I was looking for something that my insurance will cover, I showed the worker my old frames and told her I wanted something similar and she said there is nothing like it, she did not even try to help me, I felt rushed and picked something I did not like because once I got tested I will order my frames online. I came to pick up my glasses and I tried them on and it felt weird and the worker said it was normal, my eyes needed to get adjusted. I said okay took them home and worn them all day and the prescription seems off, I can not wear them, so I am currently wearing my old broken prescription glasses. I called to have them provide me my old prescription because I wanted to order my frames online and they said NO. That I need to come in and the glasses can be adjusted.. Will be going back to get these glasses fixed but I don't think I will ever go to this location again.
