I had a great experience at Mountain Eye Care. I saw Dr. Leonard and she was incredibly friendly, professional and knowledgeable. She made me feel very comfortable and answered my questions thoroughly. Would definitely recommend! I also really enjoyed working with the staff to chose my frames. They helped me to pick what was best for me without making me feel pressured or rushed which I really appreciated!

Dr. Leonard was absolutely fabulous. Not only was she friendly and professional but was thorough and ensured I understood the purpose of each of the diagnostic tests, as well as my results. She gave great advice on my sunglasses fit and had me in and out on time. Highly recommend!

Though I was delayed on my way and arrived late, I was treated with kindness and understanding. All staff were very courteous. My appointment went very quickly and efficiently.

The Mountain Eye Care team we’re super nice and helpful. I was referred to Dr. Chadda by a good friend, who’s entire family see him. He was super thorough, patient with all my questions and has the equipment to do additional tests to confirm full eye health outside of testing levels of vision. I will definitely be going back here for my eye care service whenever I am in ON.

My family and I have been patients of this clinic for many years and we were overall satisfied with their services but prescription glasses prices were always high. I decided to request my eye glass prescription to check out other options for lenses/glasses. I was told I need to pay $57 in order for them to provide me with the prescription even though this was already paid at the time of my appointment. I requested to speak with the owner and I was informed that he will charge me for the prescription because he can. I felt more than ripped off and needless to say my family and I will be searching for a new optometrist.
