I'd leave a negative if I could. Everything is fine with plastic smiles until there's a problem. Most expensive pair of glasses I've ever purchased and after just two months proved to be the worst glasses I've ever owned. After several rude conservations that repeatedly ended with her hanging up, she finally acknowledged her error and yet still has done nothing to rectify the situation. She incredibly attempted to argue that the warranty was expired claiming I purchased the glasses 2 YEARS AGO! In fact I purchased them with hard earned cash just 2 MONTHS ago. After reluctantly admitting her mistake, she refuses to return calls, refuses to honour warranty and refuses to release my health records I've personally paid for. I would not under any circumstances ever recommend her or her practice. She clearly puts her own ambitions and attitude before any patient needs or responsible medical practices.

I went for a full eye exam including posterior segment and retina. They were very professional and they take well care of you. I would recommend them if you are looking for an experienced optometrist to take care of your vision.

My family and I have been seeing Dr. Patriquin for many years. She is a knowledgeable and caring doctor and I would highly recommend her. My only complaint is that she recommended a particular laser eye clinic without disclosing that she would receive financial compensation if I had surgery there, which I only discovered when signing the consent form the night before my procedure. This isn't ethical behaviour for a doctor.

I have seen Dr Patriquin's business partner, Dr Conron, for years. The examinations and treatment are exceptional and spot-on. Let me verify that Dr Patriquin is a woman, and pose the question: "How can one trust a site that allows comments like Nick the Idiot to remain?" (Nick told us all how 'he' and 'his' practices were terrible - in reference to this female doctorand reviewed 'him' as one out of 5 stars).
