HORRIBLE customer service. I went here about 2 years ago for an eye exam and new glasses. I had a terrible experience customer service wise, but the prices were the most reasonable I could find. I went back recently to book another eye exam and experienced the same rudeness from staff, before actually going into store I had phoned to make an appointment, no one answered the phone so I left a voicemail that stated someone would call back. No one did. After going in to try an book an appointment the man working says the doctor only works Thursdays from 3pm-7pm, I asked if I could come at 6:30pm, he didn't acknowledge my question, Didn't check to see if there was availability, offered no other options. Clearly didn't care about assisting me. He's not the only rude staff member that works here, the women staff are just as rude. Not sure who hired all these staff members but they obviously don't value customer experience. Mind blowing that these people actually have jobs. If I could give 0 stars I would. Won't be back and I'd advise people to not waste their time here.

Excellent Service. The sales person there was very helpful, he took his time explaining everything and my glasses were made quickly.

They offer great deals for cash upfront. Great deals can be made and they stock accessories I cannot find elsewhere. Complete opposite of HAKIM OPTICAL.

The worse customer service experience I have ever experienced. I called a day before to schedule a eye exam and inquired if my insure would cover it and the lady got my information, called the insurance and then called me back informing me they would cover my exam as well as certain amount on glasses. I then went to the appointment and got my eyes exam by an excellent eye specialist. After the appointment I talked to the lady and she informed me the claim could not be submitted for eye exam only. She said I have to choose glasses in order to be able to claim all. I told her I had inquired on eye exam only and they became very rude. At one point I said I wouldn’t come back to the location and his response was we don’t really care. It is unfortunate how such a good eye specialist is located at such horrible company.
