My Son (7) has been visiting since he was 3. This visit we learned that his vision had changed. Dr. Jeff is great, patient, informative and so much patience with a 7 year old full of questions. We are very happy with the way we are treated here.

Worst business in Oakville. All staff, including physicians, lack people skills and do not have a genuine understanding of developing patient rapport. So many other eye care offices within Halton Region to choose from. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!

I used to absolutely despise visiting the optometrist, and in my past experience they were some of the most pushy, aggressive, ignorant people I have ever met. They always made me feel like I had severe problems with my eyes, and that my eyes were definitely going to hell. With that said, you can imagine my surprise after meeting Dr. Goodhew -- he was meticulous, efficient, and very considerate. Dr. Goodhew always tries to answer any question I have, and is very patient when explaining. I can communicate very easily and openly with him, and without feeling judged. I think that is one of the most important hallmarks of a great optometrist.

If you want to know what going above and beyond means, then you want Dr. Tina Goodhew as your optometrist! After spending years being told by other doctors that I couldn't wear contact lenses, and that they couldn't figure out what was wrong with my eyesight, Dr. Tina took to the time to work with me on finding out what was going on with my eyes. As it turns out, I have keratoconus, and once diagnosed she worked hard to get me into a study that would allow for me to receive eye surgery to help stall the development of the disease! She supported me every step of the way, and even returned a phone call from me on the Sunday night before my surgery when I was having a mini panic attack :) I am so grateful to Dr. Tina for everything she has done to support me in my mission towards better vision. I can't recommend Abbey Eye Care enough!
