Staff and doctor are not helpful or attentive to patients at all. Very bad experience vising this place. Would not recommend , not worth even 1 start. Sorry.

Bad bad bad. The guy didn’t answer my request. When I said I gonna go somewhere else if you can’t help me, instead of finding a solution he said“you can walk out”. Wasting my time for visiting

Super professional and nice. My prescription wasn't quite right and I had 30 days to get it fixed... but procrastinated and they still saw me and adjusted them free of charge. Glasss felt a tad expensive.. but their selection was pretty awesome. I would wait until they have a buy 1, get 1 deal happening.

This is a great location. The optometrists are both friendly and make the eye exam a positive experience. Where this location really wins is the customer service. I was a new glasses buyer and the staff did not push any one style or price point or frame on me. I was able to try glasses at my leisure and even when I was indecisive they did not try to rush me. I had to take advantage of Pearle's 30 day guarantee because I wasn't totally happy with my prescription. I was expecting push back from the optometrists but they were totally fine with it and did not seem frustrated at all that I wanted to change. The prices are high here, but I think that's expected of Pearle so I can't complain about it.

Nice staff and a good optometrist. Decent selection but prohibitively high prices if you don't have great insurance. Only 3 stars because they recorded my measurements wrong and sent me home with improper lenses that made me sick and jeopardized my driving. They measured me again and I had correct lenses a week later but for $650 I expect better attention to detail.
