I had the exact opposite experience than what some others have posted. I must have tried on 30 frames and still no one approached me and asked if I needed a hand. They all stood behind the counter and just chatted with each other. When I finally approached them, it appeared as if I was doing them a disservice. Their knowledge in relation to my benefits seemed non existent, $50 towards ans $75 towards lenses. But my last 2 pair were purchased from Eastgate LensCrafters and i definitely did better than that. Just no effort went into trying to help me at all. There is a pearl vision in Limeridge, Go there instead.

Spent less than an hour choosing glasses and was approached by five different people asking if we needed help. Like...no...we don't... Once we were actually making the purchase it was nice and easy, but they must have some sort of crazy sales goal to make them reach out so aggressively like that. We almost left the store without buying anything because the sales staff wouldn't leave us alone. And it's not a large store either! I have a hard time believing none of them heard us wave off a salesperson beforehand. One last nice thing is that they did direct billing, not sure if this is standard practice but it helped since glasses tend to be expensive and waiting for an insurance claim to process can be a hassle.

Very poor customer service. My daughter commented that she felt like she was in the twilight zone as our experience here was so odd. Very unprofessional staff. Now waiting over a week for my glasses and I called to see how much longer....staff state "oh they are ready, someone forgot to call you". Well next time I need glasses I will "forget" to go here!!

Needed prescription safety glasses, staff were very helpful in finding the right frames and pointed out a very good sale, saving me hundreds. In less than 3 hours I had a perfect set of glasses where other stores were estimating 7 to 10 days.

I had to get a pair of glasses for my daughter and paid over $300 with the xtra fee if they get damaged. She lost them less than two weeks later and they tell me the coverage doesn’t cover lost!!!! And won’t do anything to help get a second pair.
