It looks like they care only for making a sale and don't care if you see properly with your new glasses, I went there more then 3 times and every time they try to convince me the the glasses they sold me are the best for me but when I compare them with my old glasses I can see better with the old ones. Will never go back to this place, if do not want to come back and forward all the time to until you get the proper lasses, stay out of this place.

Amazing service from all these girls tonight, especially Rachel who helped me out after I left frustrated from Vogue Optical. These girls weren’t pushy, they found what I was looking for, showed me options online and were just overall truly friendly. Thank you

Doctors great. Has amazing customer service. Knowledgeable and honest. Had a great experience. I’ve bought both glasses and contacts from here.

DO NOT GET YOUR EYE EXAM DONE HERE! I had my eyes examined here about a year and a half ago. The eye doctor is incompetent as my prescription was significantly off. I had been using out of date contacts when I went here to get a new prescription so when I received my glasses I assumed my vision had deteriorated to a point that even with glasses I'd have issues seeing. Well I just had an eye exam done at a respected optometry clinic and guess what, I can see significantly better than when I got new glasses a year and a half ago. The prescription I have now is vastly different from what the eye doctor at lenscrafters provided me and isn't justified by the amount of time that has passed between now and then. I will note that I've purchased my last few pairs of glasses and my current pair from lenscrafters and have had no issues with the service on that end. I repeat, spend the extra money to go to a respected and well rated optometry clinic.

Ordered lenses for my glasses and was told they would be in 10 days. I called them after two and a half weeks and was told they would be probably in by the end of the third week or Monday of the fourth week. So Monday passes and I call them again. Supposedly they will be in for Friday of this fourth week, but no assurances. Sarcastic young lady directs me to the manager, it's all out of their hands and they have absolutely no control over it because they shipped the glasses to some undisclosed lab. Cool. Can I contact the lab? No. Can I google the lab? No. So you don't know for sure when I'll have my glasses? Yes.
