Update: While the facility design is atrocious, the physician who saw our kids was an excellent grandfatherly gentleman who quickly put the kids at ease. The no shoes policy is asinine. The entrance is not properly laid out for a person to remove their shoes and then enter the building without getting their feet wet. This is further compounded by the floor mats in front of the reception counter. If you manage to dodge the puddles on the way through the door, don’t stand on the wet mats in front of the desk. The waiting area is very pretty but not at all child friendly. One would think that a person designing a children’s clinic might expect that children would enter the building at some point. This does not seem to be the case here as they have a pharmacy in the waiting room. And I’m here on Sunday morning, the pharmacy is closed, but the shelves full of delicate and colourful boxes are open to the waiting area. Actually they form an entire wall of the waiting area. The parents that are here are spending much of their time wrangling children away from the shelves that surely appear to a child as if they are there for their enjoyment. It’s a very poor design overall.

Dr. Yostos is an amazing doctor, but she deserves a better receptionist as the current one is clearly incapable of basic human decency and respect. Her attitude is turning patients away from the clinic. Showing no remorse and taking no accountability for her mistakes, she is a rude and unprofessional person who makes simple interactions unnecessarily difficult and uncomfortable. Please revaluate your priorities as a clinic and listen to the complaints being made by your patients. We deserve to be treated with kindness and respect especially when we ask questions or try to book appointments.

I wish I could give it 0 stars. After 13 years of trying to work around the rudest, most unprofessional, uncooperative reception I've ever encountered, I unfortunately have to find a new pediatrician and it's awful because my 3 girls love Dr. Nasreen, as do my husband and I. She has been nothing short of amazing with our family. We're sad to lose her. I came here after by far the WORST medical experience I've ever had, questioning if what had happened was me. Clearly, based on these reviews...it was not!! THE RECEPTIONIST is the OWNER of this clinic! Do NOT bring your kids here. I have watched her be so incredibly rude to so many patients over the years and have tolerated it from her as well, as I was a young, uncertain mom when first visiting the clinic in 2008 with my oldest daughter. A few months ago she dropped the ball on a really important medical compound that was prescribed to my middle for an antibiotic resistant bug that she was fighting. It took 3 DAYS for us to get that prescription, in the meantime our child suffered in pain. In the end, she took zero accountability, LIED about making a call that she didn't make...causing the delay in our daughter receiving the necessary care for her infection. TODAY, I arrived at the clinic with my daughters for their annual check ups. As always, the reception was rude. She didn't make eye contact, didn't ask about my comfort level when dealing with my children, was argumentative when I expressed concerns over her lack of professionalism, and as always took zero accountability for herself and her actions. And to top it off, she was holding another employee's DOG. Isn't this a children's medical center!? Aren't there rules about allergies and whatnot? Perhaps that's slipped her mind..along with basic human decency. So disappointed. The problem is the owner...so this place really has no hope. I feel bad for the doctors and other staff, because their patient relationships are affected by her bad attitude.

I'm shocked with how rude the lady is at the front desk answering the phone. They should really invest in better receptionist. Won't be bring my children here that is for sure. They way she acts is a representation of the clinic. If they allow the person to answer the phone to be so disrespectful to patient's parents, I can only imagine how the rest of the staff is. Asked a simple question and was treated with disrespect. We are dealing with sick children, no bed side manor or empathy. I am not surprised really with all the other reviews. It's sad that your receptionist is so rude, you have multiple people writing reviews and you do not do anything about it. Poor management in my opinion.
