St. Joseph’s came into my life as an emergency. I will not describe the specifics, except to say that there was a great deal of blood (According to the ER doctor, “Historic”). What followed comprises two scenarios; (a) The department under Dr. B. Welk arranged an immediate ultrasound and CT Scan followed by a professionally successful surgery, and aftercare … I could not have wished for better treatment. (b) Unfortunately, my experience in the post-surgery department was less than enjoyable, spoilt by staff comprising a teacher-nurse named Dillon (said to have a variety of names) and his young Asian student. My treatment was made uncomfortable by his severe and meticulous management of the student in her attempts at correct procedure, to the extent that she was visibly shaken and close to tears … causing me to feel like a guinea pig. But I survived.

Everyone at the urgent care was caring and reassuring. Receptionists, nurses and doctors are all good people here. Doctor Regan took the time to explain everything to me, despite me not having any serious issues.

We were screened and given a fresh mask with a visor. Apart from designated seating in the waiting room, all proceeded as normal. Staff in the Allergy clinic were, as usual, professional and expert in the care administered.

The professionalism and care of the staff is outstanding, my appointments have been on time, most problems with eyes is a little scary but the doctors and nurses took time to put you at ease and explain what was happening. A big thank you to everyone there.

Having back pain/kidney stones type pain went to Saint Joseph’s and also had an ultrasound done. I found the the front staff and Doctor Quite pleasant and caring. Also to the ultrasound technician she was very pleasant and friendly personality.
