Lenses were incorrect and did not match my prescription and when they reordered the lenses they never bothered to tell us it was in. We called and did not have anyone answer our question about them being in but rather was hung up on after a long wait to begin with. We had to literally go in to ask if they were in to finally find out yes they are in. Terrible experience and was disappointed as I thought they were suppose to be one of the best in the business. Not even an apology was given for this major inconvenience. Definitely stay away from this location.

I honestly had a great experience with one of the ladies who helped out a lot with a pair of glasses that I didn't even buy from the store. She helped check the prescription to see if it matched the lens and was really helpful and informative when she was helping out.

When I went to pick up my glasses I was seeing worse than before I got them, they told me I needed to adjust to them. I tried to wear my glasses for 2 days and I couldn’t wear them I couldn’t see with them. I called LensCrafters and they seemed confused that I couldn’t see and didn’t believe me so they checked my prescription and realized they had given me someone else’s prescription and said that they would make the lenses for me again. I waited over a week before I decided to call to see if my lenses had come and they said they had a while ago, but I never got a phone call. I have my glasses now, but I would avoid this place when I want to get new glasses.

Went to get my glasses frames fixed as they had moved and the employee dropped my glasses causing my lens to get scratches on the lens. Good thing I had my protection warranty on them. Very frustrating as that wasn't my fault and had to pay for their mistake

If I could give the doctors office -5 stars, I would. Terrible service. I came mid September to order lenses. And they promised that the set will arrive within a week. It's mid October now and my lenses didn't arrive. I called and asked why and was told that mistake was made. And someone ordered wrong lenses. They never apologized even though I said I don't have ANY lenses left and I keep wearing a pair over and over. I have worn a daily pair of lenses for two weeks now. Because their office is incapable of delivering on their promises and receptionists don't care if they make mistakes. It's your problem now. It's not the first time lenses arrive late. But it's the first time it was a month and nothing was done. I will never order here again.
