I had broken my frames and went to see if they could be fixed, which they could not. Shannon supplied me with a loaner pair & ordered the new matching frames. She was fast, pleasant to work with & very skilled at her job. Everyone there is helpful & super friendly. It's always been a great experience for me

Been going to Normandy optical for years but the Normandy on 10 and harper is the worst, in st clair shores. Im on disibility and can only get low end glasses. I've been accused of taking screws out making the hinge fall apart, bending them, so they could justify not replacing them. They would actually argue with me. So, I would end up with tubes and tape on my glasses I was forced to wear. My eye dr. was kind and funny. It was the staff that was rude. I see good reviews by people that could afford the high-end glasses. Normandy needs to have sensitivity classes for the low-end staff. Belinda Bednarski

Staff are very friendly and the doctors know what they are doing!

Reception staff are very casual (attire) and are not very friendly/helpful. Place lacks luster and appeal. No follow through with "Time to make your appointment" (text(s) Won't be returning

Dr. Koehler has been my optometrist my entire life- my family has gone to him for years, and at several locations. This practice in St Clair Shores is wonderful- the entire staff is friendly, and Dr. Koehler is professional, caring, and clearly explains anything eye-related. I always feel comfortable coming here, highly recommend :)
