Terrible customer service. Twice I had ordered contact lenses and had to wait for them. I never received notification from the automated system informing me my order was in. My order had been in store for 2 days with no contact from them. The first time I ordered my contacts they were in store for 3 days Before I had to contact them. I was told that they do not do personal phone calls to their customers, perhaps they should change their policy to improve the quality of customer service. I recently had a phone number change and informed the associate who took my order and was told my information was updated. When I called they repeated my old number for contact and again had to tell them that it was changed. Apparently they contacted my old phone number, so I was told, and it was automated contact. I have my phone history for a months worth of calls, NOTHING from America’s Best at all. The female associate had the nerve to say “but ma’am it’s only been 2 days since they’ve been in”, unacceptable to make your customers wait. I’m taking my business elsewhere where I can be appreciated and respected!
