The staff were very cordial and helpful. Gary carried out a thorough examination and took the time to explain what he was going to do. Alexandra was helpful in assisting me with selecting my specs. She introduced me to the Club membership which I really appreciated particularly as I needed two pairs of specs and sunglasses.

Great service. I have been getting my eye test at the Covent Garden branch for many years. Gary has been very professional, kindly and careful. I feel completely confident that I am getting the best advice and the best varifocal lenses. Thank you.

This is the best eye doctor I have been to in the 4 years I have lived in London. Very thorough and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Highly recommend this Optician for your glasses and contact needs.

Had a really positive experience with Sonia the Optometrist. The eye test is £35 as opposed to being included with the specs, but it was very thorough and buying a pair of glasses was extremely seamless.

You're never made to feel as if your time's up, and that's crucial given glasses are so personal and dare I say costly ! You get honest opinions - and that counts believe me - plus they're talkative, respectful and excel at what they do ..
