So impressed with the service throughout the store. The manager was particularly friendly and helpful. From then on everyone I dealt with from my eye test to my purchase were professional, patient and lovely. Great service and choice of products. Thank You.

I’ve been using this branch for two years now and I must say they’re brilliant, both eye care clinic and contact lens centre. Today Lawrence the optician helped me out majorly!! Super knowledgeable and gets things done promptly without sacrificing quality. LEGEND!!!

I don’t usually write reviews but after the top notch quality of service I received from Mariam at the Oxford Service branch it had to be acknowledged. I’d been to many vision express stores, including this one, but didn’t meet anyone as helpful as Miriam. She provided a client focused and tailored approach. She assisted me in selecting a lovely pair of frames using her expertise and remained patient. She went above and beyond and even stayed behind after her shift to finalise the purchase. She made the whole experience a delight - people can learn a lot from you! Thank you 😊
