I have an eye condition and need specialist treatment as a result. I have now used Burnett Hodd and Tam for over 10 years and really can’t praise Caroline and Connan and the team enough. They are professionals and also most importantly, really decent people who go above and beyond especially when you have issues. I give them such hassle with my requests for new lenses, checking them etc but they always help. Since moving out of London I still make a point of using them. R

If you have any trouble with your vision, then I’d say without a doubt that this is the number one place to go to. From the moment you walk in the door you’ll know you are in good hands. Recently I’ve been under the care of Connan who is brilliant. He is very patient focused and listens to exactly what you have to say. The examinations are incredibly thorough, and everything is explained to you. Everyone at Burnett Hodd & Tam is extremely caring and professional. Thank you so much for your help!

Best optometry I have ever visited. Very professional, kind and highly specialized staff. The service is exceptional. I'm not sure if I can ever go anywhere else. I am getting custom lenses for my eye glasses and fitted for contacts. Their selection of frames are also very special and beautiful.

Have been a customer for over ten years. I am strongly myopic, so have specific needs and the practice has been meeting them exceptionally well. Everyone I have dealt with has been professional, attentive, and going an extra mile to make me happy. Not cheap, but gets a big Thumbs Up from me nonetheless.

I have been using this firm for many years and it just seems to get better. They have all the latest equipment and give excellent advice. Most importantly they have time for you. Maybe not the cheapest, but if it is your sight/eyes you don't want to cut corners.
